Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at Fallintrend1@gmail.com or through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order items

• Items bought on final sale or under a clearance promotion

Exchange Policy

• If you received a defective or wrong product, we will offer an exchange or full refund — no questions asked.
